I have been a chef for 15 years, for which I have worked in many different sectors of the chefing world, yachts, chalets, restaurants, private members clubs, lodges, private homes, castles and large estates.
I am now only private based. I work alone or I cater up to 30 people and have a strong team that depending on the job will join me if needed, sous chef, commis, front of house and sommelier.
Each client that I work for I offer a personalised culinary experience, tailored to their preferences, dietary requirements, likes, dislikes and theme.

I like to use local ingredients working with the season and land to utilise the best out of the ingredients in the location I work in.

I have travelled all around the world working for different nationalities and religions which gives me a vast knowledge on dietary needs.

The services that I offer my clientele have no boundaries or limits to their culinary requests. My team and I offer full confidentiality and always happy to sign an NDA. ​​



I am currently based in northumberland but I work wherever is requested.
​
I am more than happy to work abroad and am comfortable researching and sourcing ingredients in foreign countries.
I have experience working alongside travel agents, personal assistants and in house staff to gain understanding of clients routines and expectations.
